Our goal at ProGolf Ireland... is to make every club your favorite club. We are passionate about making sure each player who walks through our doors learns about their equipment and how they can improve their game. We love dissecting clubs to see what is is really made of and why it is or is not good for your game.

At ProGolf Ireland we pride ourselves in having knowledge of aftermarket shafts that is second to none. This allows us to not only pick out the right shafts to maximize golﬁng performance, but also allow us to explain why we selected that particular shaft.

Driver Fitting & Golf Ball Fitting

The big stick is about power, but also needs to be controlled. We see no end in sight to the explosion in driver technology that continues to evolve, and state-of-the-art continues to change very rapidly. We make it our business to carry the very latest in designs from all major manufacturers, in both head and shaft technology. With so many choices on the market, your game will thank you when you are professionally fit into the exact right shaft/head combination for you.

Time: 60 minutes
Cost: €70

Iron Fitting & Golf Ball Fitting

With our knowledge of how to give you a greater ability to improve control and accuracy by adjusting spin characteristics and launch and lie angles, your irons are clubs that will respond beautifully to tour quality custom fitting. We offer an extremely broad selection of the best that the major manufacturers have to offer in shafts and heads, so that we can help dial in your game as precisely as possible.

Time: 60 minutes
Cost: €70.

Full Bag Fitting & Golf Ball Fitting

This is the most comprehensive option for those who want to take their game to the next level, as well as the best value for your fitting Euros. Your Fitter will take you through your driver, irons, woods, and wedges and really drill down to specifics of every aspect of your equipment, including the ball that you should be playing.

Distance & Club Gapping Session

This options allows the player to see the exact distances of every club in his or her bag. Work your way down from driver, fairway wood, irons and wedges and see what distance each club is hitting. The player can then see if certain clubs are hitting the same yardages or if there is a big gap between clubs. Adjustments can be made to alter distances and gaps to allow the player to confidently hit the yards he or she needs.

Golf Ball Fitting

Golf Ball Fitting allows the player to see which golf ball suits him or her. The goilf ball is underestimated how important it can be towards a golfers game. Spin rates are hugely important when it comes to using a driver and irons. This can have a huge bearing on the golfers performance. The right compression of golf ball is crucial to every golfer.

Why Custom Fitting is so Important!

ProGolf.ie now offers a custom fitting service. Both Woods and Irons can be fitted in store in our custom bays by our custom fit professionals using the most up to date launch monitor technology (Foresight GC2 Launch Monitor) we can get exact swing and ball speeds and spin rates and launch angles needed to provide you with the correct equipment

This means that we can provide you with a custom fitting service second to none allowing you to get the most benefit from your custom fit experience.

Custom fitting will benefit everybody and although its not a substitute for having lessons it is a vital part of the overall process of improving your golf game and lowering your handicap as it is providing you with clubs that are custom made to suit your swing capabilities and keep bad shots to a minimum allowing you to concentrate on your swing and not worry about your equipment.

Custom fits generally take half an hour per item so if its irons or woods you want we can do that in a half hour period but if you decide to get both irons and woods fitted it is then advised that you book an hour in order to get the most from your custom fit experience. This process gives you the peace of mind in knowing that you can develop your golf swing and not have to worry about the suitability of your equipment.

Customer Service is a priority to all our customers so we can offer the best advise and guidelines when purchasing your new set of golf clubs. We therefore have dedicated PGA Professionals available for advise on a daily basis in all of our stores so that you make the right choice. Custom Fitting Every golfer could only wish for their golf clubs to be manufactured to suit their requirements and now with Flightscope Technology this is possible. Using the latest technology in ball tracking it is now possible to measuring variables related to your golf club, such as: • club head speed • club attack angle • club path • club face angle • dynamic loft
The ball's trajectory after it has been launched is also tracked, which means you have exceptionally comprehensive ball measurement information instantly available, aiding you in your ongoing quest to improve your golf swing.
